NOMINATIONS
Nominations must be made to the club phone. The club phone number is 0422 289 133
Remember to nominate you must text this number and leave the following information:

Your class
-
Your car number
Nominations close by the Monday @ 9pm prior to the race meeting. Late nominations will go ROF.
All Classes require 6 nominations except for Juniors & Ladies, if unable to attend after you nominated could you please message the club phone

DRIVER BRIEF
The drivers briefing for each race meeting will be held in the pits near the pit box each race meeting at 10.45am
ALL DRIVERS, PASSENGERS AND GUARDIANS FOR THE JUNIOR DRIVERS MUST ATTEND
*** Penalties will be imposed for failure to attend the drivers briefing as per relevant rule books***
LOG BOOKS
Log books will be handed out to all drivers at the rear of the pit box 15min after the completion of the last race unless prior arrangements have been made with the Chief Steward.
The Chief Steward must notify the Race Secretary if arrangements have been made. If the Chief Steward does not notify you have to wait!
