To ensure you are not missed in the draws for each meeting please nominate to the club phone only unless advised otherwise.

Remember late nominations will be ROF.

       

PRESIDENTS REPORT

I would like to thank everyone for their patience over the last couple of race meetings, with the rain over the last two programmed race meetings its has been a challenge to get through these meetings. The Dec meeting we were able to run on the following weekend and unfortunately Jan race meeting was washed out after two races.

The next meeting will be Jan 29th with the running of the annual Riley Memorial, SDAV Hot rods, VSC Open saloons Ladies, Junior’s and V8 Standard saloons. Anyone who did not get their entry tickets endorsed prior to leaving the venue, please present your tickets at the front gate to be checked off against the list. All tickets are numbered and we have records of the tickets that were issued on this day.

Anyone wishing to contact me I have changed my phone number. I can now be contacted on 0400 721 790.

There is still plenty to do around the speedway complex and any help that you as members can give would only improve your club. Working bees are held the Sunday before the race meeting and the Sat prior to any meeting unless previously notified.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Wayne Thomson for all the work he is putting into the race track over the last few months and as we all know the the track is improving every meeting.
